Change your mind, change your life!” Experienced Scrum Master with a technical background: in IT industry for 12+ years. To lead, first one must learn to follow. I observe, ask, teach and learn from situations and people around me. Besides AGILE & SCRUM sphere, I am also a great facilitator and I can easily moderate sessions and workshops. I like to use games, questions and different approaches so that people feel heard, valued and trusted to share their feelings and thoughts. I have worked on large and small projects, outsourcing or product companies covering roles such as: software tester, Product Specialist, Scrum Master and even 3rd line support. I got certified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSMI) in November 2021 (Scrum.org) and I keep on learning and absorbing from around me. I like to make meaningful connections and have great discussion about AGILE, SCRUM, thinking patterns, spirituality, how to communicate better and so on. I am not a dogmatic person by nature. I will try to apply the best and necessary solution according to the context and needs of the project. That being said, it doesn't mean I do not like rules, I just try to follow and apply them depending on the situation. In General: I'm looking to grow and expand in areas such as leadership, mindfulness and develop my empathic side while having a life of purpose and meaning. To increase my focus and energy levels, I turn to daily meditative practices and as my newer activity: starting to go in nature more often. The areas that interest me the most are self-growth, how to serve better, tech, spirituality and business.
