About Bogdan Deris

I am currently heading the Business Efficiency & Optimisation area within LCF Group with the purpose of delivering: Lean optimisation projects, advanced analytics, data warehouse, software development, RPA, AI integrations and building the Central Services function. During my 15+ years of career in financial services I went through various roles such as senior change manager, head of customer service or lean stream leader and managed teams from 10+ to 200+ employees. For the last 11 years I have built several operational centers and implemented complex projects across various banking areas (Operations, Retail, Corporate and IT) in numerous European countries (Austria, Romania, Czech Republic, Russia, Poland, Albania, Slovakia and Croatia) and my main professional skills are: Lean, Agile, Change Management and RPA (Robotics Process Automation). I have trained and coached over 500 professionals throughout multiple management training covering: Agile, Lean methodology, change management, robotics and various soft skills like: leadership, coaching, top down communication, problem solving and gained several certifications such as: Agile Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner, Lean Master Trainer.
