About Bogdan Eftime

Technical expert with 25 years on management roles, within reputed companies in the heavy industry, energy and aerospace. He is very much business-oriented, with accurate strategic vision and strong people management skills, effective in decision making and KPI’s focused. I start my career in the steel industry, working with the largest steel factory in Romania, SIDEX Galati. During this period, I managed two lines of business, first one consisting in acquisition of raw materials (iron ore, coking coal and ferroalloys) and second one in selling finish products to European and USA markets. I was also directly responsible in negotiating an important contract between 6 companies, both national and international, regarding the payment with steel products of the debts that Romania must pay for nuclear group no.1 from Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant. On that occasion, he managed budgets between 11 – 50 million Euro. In the last 25 years, I actually concluded over two hundred international contracts, governed by various jurisdictions, always in agreement with the legal departments.
