I am a Mechanical Engineer, IWE/EWE, with extensive experience in metal fabrication and the Oil & Gas industry, particularly in heat exchanger manufacturing. Currently, I serve as Process Manager at Vizal SRL, where I focus on streamlining production workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency. Vizal is a dynamic company specialized in the design and production of custom advertising structures, including totems, illuminated signs, and 3D channel letters. We blend creativity with precision manufacturing to deliver high-quality visual branding solutions for clients across various industries. In the near future, I will transition into the role of Production Manager, as Vizal commissions its new metal fabrication facility—an exciting opportunity to lead production from the ground up and implement scalable, high-performance systems. My background includes strong competencies in quality management and technical documentation, such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), welding documentation, manufacturing data books, and material certification. I work confidently with EN ISO and ASME IX standards and have hands-on experience with Bysoft 7, ByVision (Bending & Cutting), AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, and ClarVision. I’ve deepened my expertise through the intensive International and European Welding Engineer (IWE/EWE) program at the National Institute of Welding and Materials Testing in Timișoara, Romania. I am a results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, always aiming to enhance processes, reduce waste, and boost customer satisfaction.
