My expertise and passion arein building successful companies. From an idea on a napkin to a global company; from zero to hero. I love short sprints on challenging projects – especially ones that people say are impossible. I know what works and what doesn’t, I identify blind spots, and I inspire the people I work with to take things to the next level. I founded and developed 7 companies. I’ve successfully worked in many different industries: inventing technologies, trading & processing oil, soft drinks, recycling, real estate development, raising money & investing my own money. I’ve even had a failed IPO;) I’ve worked every aspect of those projects, from CEO, CMO, and CFO to Product Manager. I managed small and large teams, of well over a hundred. I have managed small but also 100M+ budgets. What that means is that I jump into projects that I like, with all of my resources and enthusiasm and take ownership of the outcome. I stay focused on the big picture and I help my fellow team members do the same. I hold myself to high standards and am charismatic enough that others happily join me in new adventures. I am loyal to my teams; I push them hard but look out for their best interests, and help them develop. I am passionate about the projects I work on, and I have a vast network of international contacts that I will leverage as needed.
