PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Closely liaise with and facilitate the overall activity of Project Managers in UK, Denmark and Finland - Communicate with all the teams involved in project delivery - Cost control and tracking - Prepare reporting packs for management review as needed (including labor and time )- Base lining projects in SAP considering all needed requirements - All project SAP actions and control -> Using reports for specific outputs; for example: 1. Creating PRs; load material for SIOP 2. Create new activities for labour; make sure bookings are accurate 3. GR activities and problem solving 4. Tracking cost against baseline ( or original estimate against actual and future planned) 5. Providing input from SAP to Quantity Surveyors, Planners and Engineering Managers 6. Supply chain and credit controls communication and actions: posted costs, delays, approvals 7. Work on facilitating risk mitigation and opportunity usage - Tracking schedule against baseline, update of Project Plans and Schedules - Prepare and support deviation approvals and forecasts based on plans and systems data - Assistance to change order preparation Create / modify project data structure, booking of new projects and change orders to existing projects, requisitioning of products and sub contract works for all projects, provision of reports and full administrative support to onshore projects team. Creation of all orders in SAP within defined SLA's whilst ensuring high standards of quality and building a relationship with onshore customer facing admins. Document Controller in a Bid Team for a major project in the UK, working with colleagues from different countries and departments. Responsible for communication within the Center, handle important information to be shared: new accounts, new campaigns, new employees and employee promotions.
