About Bogdan Munteanu

With a deep passion for technology, my career of over a decade has been built at the intersection of software development, hardware configuration and business management. Starting from a solid foundation as a Web Developer, I embraced the challenge in 2017 to become the Managing Partner at Clește.ro, where I built and scaled an e-commerce business from the ground up. In this role, I have coordinated all departments, from logistics and web development to HR and customer support. While I have also gained experience in specific technical areas, such as automation systems integration, my main focus has always been on strategic business development. Since 2023, I have successfully expanded our operations into the complex public procurement sector, managing end-to-end projects for the supply and installation of IT equipment for schools and city halls across the country. I am a strong believer in continuous learning, holding various certifications that reflect the market's needs and the challenges of the times. I am driven by finding practical solutions to complex problems and using technology to create value.
