LINDE Bogumił, Bolesław, Juliusz E D U C A T I O N ( degrees, dates, universities): 1979 – Ph.D. in physics,"Acoustic relaxation in ring-structured organic liquids", University of Gdańsk (Gdańsk). 2016 – nomination for the Professor title in Physical Sciences. 1986 - 1988 - the supervisor of the theme in the frame of central research program coordinated by the Polish Academy of Sciences. 2002 – 2012 - Director of Inst. of Experimental Physics at Gdańsk University (Gdańsk). 2005 – the Secretary of the Steering Committee (SC) of the World Congress on Ultrasonics (WCU)- elected in Beijing. 2011 – 2016 - the Chairman of the ICU Board S P E C I A L I Z A T I O N: Main field: experimental physics - molecular physics; current research interests: ultrasonic spectroscopy of fluids, applied acoustics, oil pollution of sea surface, photo-acoustics. The author and co-author of more than 200 publications.
