About Bohumil Klimek

When I turn back into the times, when I come to the software engineering industry, I was truly rookie in that field because simply I didn't know anything about SDLC, automation, people management or even agile in that days. Nowadays, when I look at all the things I accomplished during almost 10 years I must say that I'm really proud of myself and I'm starting to be really satisfied with my career direction. Recently my focus shifted from product testing to product management, which might be perceived as career restart by others, but for me it's rather natural career evolution- My top three accomplishments- My first big accomplishment is that I even survived my first year in the role of Tester and never gave it up. Really, all these fancy technologies I saw for the first time, all these geeky abbreviations and countless of product use-cases, which has to be well understood- Second huge accomplishment is that I was the key person when QA department started using automation in SolarWinds.
