About Bojana Jekic

I am pharmacy technician by education. I have been working in Pharmacy for almost 15 years,where I learned different processes of Pharma industry.Some of the area I have mastered are: procurement of medicines,invoicing, handeling doctor's prescriptions,trining new team members, managing sales analitycs,achieving KPI goals. On the other hand, I have learned lot about people's pshychology, how each person requires an individual approach, how to build trust and how to influence on their health decisions. After finishing my medical career, I am finding myself in Hospitality Industry. Starting to work in a Hotel as Housekeeping Supervisor, where I am learning and imporoving my leadership skills. As my superiors noticed my desire for education and advancement, I became part of the Management program of Swiss business school BHMS. During my Management program, I am transfering inside the company in to the Group Reservation and M&E department. In reservations I am learning how to attract and keep important clients, preparing offers,contracts and invoices, and organizating meetings and conferences in our 6 hotels in Germany.
