About Bolette Bust

Creating sustainable and people-centered workplaces As a Senior Workspace Specialist at Grundfos, I’m passionate about designing and developing work environments that support both people and the planet. I work with activity-based working, change management, and workspace strategy to ensure our offices are flexible, functional, and future-ready. A key part of my role is leading the strategic development and global implementation of modern workplace concepts across Grundfos – with a strong focus on adaptability, employee experience, and sustainability. I work on both global initiatives and local projects, collaborating across functions and regions to deliver solutions that support new ways of working. This includes driving initiatives around reuse and upcycling of furniture, reducing our carbon footprint while maintaining high standards for design and functionality. I’m continuously exploring how we can evolve our workplace model to support collaboration, circular thinking, and sustainability – creating spaces that work for both people and the planet.
