With over a decade of experience in the dynamic world of colour cosmetics within a diverse and ever-evolving retailer landscape, and a rich professional background that includes tourism, homeware design/manufacture and fashion accessory direct selling network, I am proud to be shaping one of the most exciting industries in the African market, working with brands I truly believe in: essence and Catrice. My journey with cosnova began at Cosmetix, where I started as a Key Account Manager. I advanced to National Sales Manager shortly after, and since 2024, I have held the role of Head of Sales and Senior Member of the Management Team at cosnova South Africa, a now, wholly owned subsidiary of cosnova GmbH since 2023. At the core of everything I do is a deep passion for both people and product. I thrive in a high performing, competitive company that truly lives its values, putting our customers and our cosnova people first, and making beauty accessible to all. I believe in empowering our teams, growing with purpose, and ensuring that everyone in South Africa and beyond has access to affordable, high quality cosmetics that make them feel beautiful. I personally love and recommend our brands, essence and Catrice: both innovative, fun and rooted in authenticity and inclusivity.
