With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and technical organizations, I am a Director of Customer Success at Microsoft, where I lead strategic accounts in the health and life sciences sector. I hold a Master of Science in Health Informatics, and certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management Specialist (CMS), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). My core competencies include developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and retention, driving digital transformation, leading customer-facing and internal technology teams, launching commercial technology products, and managing program and project milestones, forecasts, risks, issues, and resources. I also have expertise in change management, adoption, project awareness strategies, technical product demonstrations and solution implementations. My mission is to engage clients, internal stakeholders, and global partners to align on strategy, partner on goals and initiatives, set priorities and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
