About Bonnie Rupel

Spending time getting to know people is how I have lived my personal life as well as in all of my professions. I really try to move below the surface as quickly as the person in front of me is willing. That is where the good stuff is. I am into meeting and experiencing people from everywhere and anywhere. I had my eyes opened and my perspective changed on a deep level while living as a resident in Guatemala. I spent 14 years there getting to know the culture, language, and amazing people of Guatemala. I am also very familiar with the diverse and spectacular disabled community both here in the United States and Guatemala. These experiences have lead me to a humility and respect for everyone and allows me to come to every relationship completely open and non-judgmental. I love Coaching. It is what gives me energy and optimism. Witnessing a client’s “lightbulb” come on can fuel me for days. Finding one’s footing during a major life transition can be difficult and scary. Whether you are going through a divorce, deciding to retire, watching kids leave the nest, dealing with a diagnosis of a chronic illness, or changing jobs, it is a time that we need a little extra support. This is a great time to re-examine our values and priorities. Wellness is not just the absence of disease, it is finding where you thrive, what gives you energy, and the reason you are able and willing to jump out of bed every morning. Did I mention I love coaching!
