About Bonnie Shea

I am an intentional leader who advances organizational goals through marketing, storytelling, and communications. Whether at large research universities or entrepreneurial nonprofits, I help brands and people tell their stories, market their programs, and make educational content more accessible. I excel at seeing the big picture and executing on the small details and I have built departments and strategies from the ground up. I enjoy developing inclusive, high-performing teams and working with others to drive positive impact. From ideation to assessment I have led rebrands, website redesigns, multi-channel campaigns, and international thought leadership. I have created award-winning publications and events, built internship programs, and contributed to successful grant proposals. As a lifelong learner, I enjoy seeking knowledge and best practices in marketing, storytelling, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. I have a BS in entrepreneurship and an MBA.
