I am a compassionate, honest, and resilient Human Resources Specialist working for the USAF. I have an MBA with an HR Management concentration and provide top-notch customer service. I am a true team player who is flexible, motivated, and employs hard work, fortitude, and the necessary courage to lead a team to accomplish the mission. I am a change advocate and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to engage in managing conflict successfully. I believe in the art of coaching instead of directing. I treat all people fairly and with justice, not letting my feelings bias decisions about others, and giving everyone a fair chance. I speak the truth more broadly, genuinely. Present me and act sincerely, without pretense, taking responsibility for my feelings and actions. My most significant accomplishments are my adult children and more than 30 years of Federal civilian service.
