In addition, I hold the full responsibility for finishing cargo manuals, filing customs related papers and CCR operations. Achievements: Under my leadership, there have been no delays in obtaining custom clearances for vessels. This has led to improved business operations across the borders and high client satisfaction. My efforts on maintaining safety measures and terminal compliance with NFPA and (basic) Sharjah Civil defense regulations have been highly valued.
