ACA, PBM, ERISA, HIPAA compliance, medical Claims Payment and Prior Authorization requirements, appellate, state and federal litigation on pharmacy related laws. Provider Credentialing Compliance, Medicaid privatization (MCO) implementation, including Private Option/Works, and Risk-based Provider Led Organizations. More recently, 340B program litigation and drafted laws and rules establishing regulation and oversight of PBMs under a law and rule acting as a model for other state regulators.
