Commercial Banker some about 10 years banking experience, as a Head of Agricultural Banking Unit of Garanti Bank. • Experienced on developing agricultural credit evaluation systems. • Qualified on implementing sales and marketing campaigns in different regions and crops. • Developed credit and cash flow systems for different agriculture value chain systems. • Experienced on agricultural and rural development support mechanism of Turkey. • Competent on Turkish Agricultural Banking sector and its actors. • Good relationships with all of the agricultural farmer organization. • Close relations with MFAL and agricultural departments of Ministry of Development, Undersecretariat of Treasury, Ministry of EU, Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, Turkish Statistical Institute etc. • Studies on horizontal issues of EU legislation (IACS, paying agencies, single payment scheme farmer registry system and rural development grants) as a work group member of MFAL. • Follow up the Agenda reforms of EU and the integration of EU member and candidate countries to this new agricultural policy. • Coordination and management of WB financed projects. • Familiar with the WB financial management, disbursement, procurement procedures as well as planning and budgeting techniques. • Closely follow up EU, WB and IFAD publications/documents on procurement and disbursement as well as the issues on agricultural subsidies and rural development. • Preparation of technical and financial proposals in keeping with WB guidelines, policies and procedures. • Preparation of various types of reports. • Economic and financial analysis of investment projects. • Research experience with one of the CGIAR’s (Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research) center ICARDA (International Center for Agricultural Research on Dry Areas).
