I bring over 20 years of experience in Medical Laboratory Science and over a decade in leadership and management. As Founder and CEO of Invenimus, a private multidisciplinary medical laboratory in Switzerland, I lead a team that values continuous improvement, scientific integrity, and education. Our lab offers a comprehensive and forward-thinking diagnostic portfolio, including haematology, clinical chemistry, serology, microbiology, parasitology, pharmacogenetics, and personalized medicine. We are committed to integrating innovative approaches that support individualized patient care and optimized therapeutic outcomes. I place high priority on the training and continued education of our team, fostering a learning environment where excellence and curiosity thrive. From 2013 to 2022, I served on the Executive Committee of labmed schweiz, the Swiss MLT Professional Association, as Head of Education, driving national projects to improve standards in laboratory education and practice. As a microbiology expert, I conduct oral examinations at the Professional College in Zürich and oversee internships and trainee programs. With 15+ years of experience in education, I remain actively involved in mentoring, teaching, and curriculum development. I also act as a consultant for various national healthcare and education initiatives, advising on strategic developments and professional standards in laboratory medicine. Qualifications: Advanced Federal Diploma of Professional Education and Training in Biomedical Science and Laboratory Management Degree in Interdisciplinary Leadership of Infirmaries and Hospitals Master of Medical Education (MME) – University of Bern, Medical Faculty
