About Boris Ender

I am a Quality Management Leader with 17+ years of experience in technical services, integrated management systems and cross‑functional collaboration. My passion: creating clarity, stability and excellence in environments where quality truly matters. My career path has been anything but linear, what is my strength. From early work in retail and social services to a degree in Biomedical Engineering, I’ve always been driven by one core motivation: improving systems, processes and outcomes beeing people and customer centric. My leadership philosophy is simple: Customer services and product quality are everyone’s responsibility and great results happen when stakeholders feel supported, informed and empowered. I enjoy working with teams that value resilience, adaptability and a shared commitment to making a meaningful impact in health care. This is why I’m proud to contribute to Zoetis, one of the world’s leading animal health companies. If you’re passionate about quality, continuous improvement, or building strong, people‑centered processes, I’m always open to connect.
