Managing the operative and strategical leadership of the company with fully responsibility of the following departments: materials administration (purchasing and logistics), order processing, finance (controlling & calculation), production, research & development, human resources, sales Executive departments: Quality management (QM), Product management • Responsible for 130 employees working at German Headquarters with additional 120 employees at the foreign subsidiaries in Czech Republic and China • Successful set- up of foreign enterprises IN CHINA from scratch in fully responsibility • Set- up and accomplishing the annual budgets in terms of costs, personnel resources and investments • Fix the full year targets in accordance to the long- term strategy of the company • Implementation of contract reviews, negotiation strategies and optimization of procure-ment processes • Streamline the internal process organization • Extend the sales activities to enlarge the international business in North America and Asia • Customer acquisition in Europe, North America and Asia and managing the price negotia-tions with key accounts and suppliers • Worldwide representative of the company towards key accounts and business partners on top management level • Responsible for the timely launch of new products in the worldwide markets in accordance to customers requirement • Implementation of highly efficient corporate processes for cost reduction • Planning, implementing, controlling and monitoring of counter actions to reach the targets in terms of costs, timelines and quality specifications • Set- up of claim management • Working together in a team to develop and enlarge the skills of each employee day by day to reach the utmost benefit for the company and organization
