About Boris Nikolic

I have over 6 years experience in the Customer support/Gaming industry, both as an agent, and as a part of management. I'm determined, people person, have great work ethics, proficient with computers, teamplayer, very communicative, strategic, looking at the bigger picture. I speak English and Serbian on a native level. In Gramno, the company main focus was selling digital goods, mainly in-game currency for most popular games. I started off as a live chat support agent, and due to my adaptivity and quick learning, I advanced to the Administrator position after 6 months. My responsibilities included: Managing the workforce, distributing the workload, processing purchases/refunds for customers, processing payments for our workforce, client contact via email, and keeping up with the latest trends/games at the time. I joined 5CA as a Gaming support agent, and moved up to the Team Lead position after a year. The main focus of this position was team engagement, quality control, schedule managing, coaching/training, planning, contact with the client, taking over supervisor requests, and more I have proven that my leadership skills are well developed, and this is something that I love doing, I want to be able to continue helping people grow, and inspire them to do so!
