About Boris Rueda

I support high school students and their families with a clear mission: to foster the next generation by helping young people stay on track for graduation, build stability, and develop a plan for post-secondary success. In my current role, I provide case management, goal-setting, and coordinated support that bridges home, school, and community resources. My core strength lies in building trust-based relationships and translating student needs into actionable plans. From intake and needs assessments to individualized goal development, referrals, and follow-through, I work proactively to remove barriers, strengthen protective factors, and help students develop the academic and life skills they need.I work closely with families, school staff, and community partners to coordinate services, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure confidentiality and mandated reporting compliance. I’m also a steady source of emotional and social support for students and caregivers, helping them navigate challenges and feel seen, supported, and empowered. My passion is rooted in human rights and advocacy, especially for marginalized communities. With an academic foundation in International Relations and a professional background in logistics and operations, I bring both a people-centered approach and systems thinking to the work, driven by the belief that everyone deserves the support and opportunities to thrive.
