About Boris Servo

I started my career in IT by the age of 19 as Network and System Administrator for small companies, mainly in Microsoft's applications and operating systems (Active directory, Windows Server and Cisco networking). Later on went to 24x7 Technical Support, by providing support to an application based on Microsoft Windows. After this experience, I proceeded with giving support to Linux systems by working in Celfocus, I also gained knowledge in several Oracle Applications (WebLogic, OSB, ODI, OHS, SOA). I worked for AnubisNetworks as a Support Engineer. I'm in touch with a huge variety of customers such as ISP's, banks, retails, public institutes, colleges, telcos and I provide them the support they're looking for with clear speech and effective technical solutions. Currently I work for Cisco as a Customer Support for Data Center. I provide immediate assistance to customers in high priority cases. My focus is in problem resolution, by being determined and persistent. I am always improving myself by acquiring new skills and knowledge with several new technologies and available to provide assistance to anyone who needs it.
