About Boris Shtykan

I am a CCIDC Certified Interior Designer and LEED AP. My professional career is comprised of six years of comprehensive training and over twenty years in the architectural / interior design profession. My passion is to create great architecture for modern people. My background includes a wide range of experience with all phases of space evaluation, from programming and conceptual design through contract documents and construction administration. Over the years I worked as a Senior Designer on many commercial tenant improvement projects including corporate, entertainment, legal, retail, financial, educational and health care. I have been responsible for lease review, space requirements analysis and programming, planning concept, space planning, color/material concept, preliminary plan check, working drawings, consultant coordination, and building permits. I am an experienced user of various software applications such as: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
