AS CFO/COO/PARTNER WITH LIGHTHOUSE FUNDS… Helped grow private equity firm from founding into leading lower-middle market equity funding source with $500+ million AUM. AS SVP WITH AUTISM SPEAKS. Led realignment of ground-level field operations group, responsible for 50% of $70M organizational revenue, delivering all pillars of organization's services through approximately 80-member team. AS PRESIDENT/COO WITH PROTEIN MATRIX… Led green-chemical manufacturer into 3 unrelated environmental impact verticals, from initial R&D and IP expansion to commercialization (including Series A financing, business development, operations, marketing, and production). Co-led all aspects of Russian JV, doubling expected EBITDA within 6 months, subsequently invited to investment team managing firm’s $1B technology investment fund.
