I do have an extensive experience after years working as Cabin Crew in well known airlines, where I have been able to develop my interest in this position whilst improving my team-working, excellent communication and Customer Service skills. I also gained experience in dealing with customers and colleagues from different countries, enjoying serving and assisting others. I have also worked as Cabin Crew Ab Initio Training Course instructor, teaching SEP & SOP, Aviation Security, and CRM under the authorization of the Spanish CAA. I am highly committed, resilient and tenacious. An exceptional team player, approachable and outgoing person who loves to work interacting both with the public and colleagues and learning about different cultures. I learn fast, and I perform effectively and calmly while working under pressure and in emergency situations. Due to my interest in this Country and after years living in the UK, I speak fluent English being capable of expressing myself perfectly in both professional and personal areas.
