I'm Borna.I am an Software Engineer that specializes in building scalable infrastructures that bring machine learning models and data-driven services to life, enabling seamless user experiences across platforms.In my work with the data science team, I help support Njuskalo (Croatia), Bolha (Slovenia), and Willhaben (Austria) by developing systems that handle massive data ingestion, transformation, and analysis—all in near real-time. My expertise in Go's concurrency model allows me to create high-performance pipelines, leveraging goroutines to parallelize data processes and enable efficient storage in PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch. Python, especially through FastAPI, is my go-to for building efficient and reliable APIs that keep these data integrations running smoothly.I’m also deeply familiar with AWS cloud services, using Terraform and Terragrunt to create infrastructure as code that is as resilient as it is scalable. This includes setting up and managing DynamoDB for robust data storage solutions. My work revolves around solving complex problems, whether it’s reducing latency, scaling data throughput, or integrating new tools to improve overall performance.
