As a senior equity consultant at Eastern Equity Advisors, I work on raising equity capital and structuring LP partnerships in all real estate asset classes. Servicing investors, limited partners and commercial real estate owners, I assist by arranging the equity they need for their deals. As part of my role, I also build and maintain relationships with private equity real estate funds and family offices to help broaden the spectrum of equity sources for our clients. Having recently passed both my series 62 and 63 exams, I am now fully licensed to raise equity through our broker-dealer Palladium Capital Advisors, LLC.
