Personal Purpose: to invigorate ingenuity so that all discover their inner wisdom. Bowman serves on the Americas Tax Talent team as the Talent Development Leader. She focuses on developing leaders for EY. She connects the EYU development framework (learning, coaching & experiences) with business strategies needed to accomplish EY's NextWave. Working across the EY Americas (US, Canada, Central & South America and Israel), she brings the full breadth of talent development into the practical day-to-day for our tax professionals. Previously within EY, Bowman was the Lead Development Consultant (OD) for the EY National Tax practices professionals). Prior to EY, Bowman held roles in banking, trade associations and her own training consulting business utilizing her expertise in: Training & Development, Consulting, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, Team Building, Executive Coaching and Talent Management.
