Graduated and lived in Shanghai, China. Returned to Bulgaria after the Corona Virus outbreak in 2019, created a family and put down roots. With a Business Language degree from Shanghai Tongji University. Skilled and experienced IT analyst and problem solver, experienced in people management and multi-tasking. Additional skills include 3D modeling and VR Development, in love with technology and art. As an Level 2 agent in Buchanan (2021 - Now) I my responsibilities included- Taking on supervisors responsibilities- Training every single new agent that has joined our project for the past few years, agents have stayed with the company for years to come with excellent results - Coaching the L1 agents every day, advising them how to solve even the most complex of tickets and tasks- Monitoring the queues and dashboards, ensuring the shift goes smoothly- Monitoring L1 agents and working individually with them to resolve work and interpersonal issues- Updating KBA's when expired, editing/ flagging when necessary making sure the team has proper Knowledge items - Managing my time during the shift to ensure there are no waiting chats when I'm gone, doing my best the SLA stays high. As a Marketing Specialist (2017 - 2020) and Developer I had the following responsibilities: I was- Charged with R&D in marketing - Developing VR Visualization Software, using a number of 2D, 3D, and other programming software - Responsible and acting as a Technical Support for said software and needed hardware - Quickly resolving any technical issues that might occur in the workplace or on the client's side- Creating presentations using resources and scheduling meetings for information exchange - Co - managing Milano Design Creative Center, Italy for 8 months- Working with/for the world's top 500 companies helped polish my skills, which in turn has helped raise the company sales targets and revenue ceiling yearly.
