About Boyd Merrill

I am currently a Master of Science in Real Estate candidate at the University of Florida, where I recently completed my bachelor's degree in Business Administration, in the spring of 2023. My academic journey has fostered a strong passion for real estate finance, investment, and development.This past summer, I interned with Property Markets Group (PMG), a prominent luxury high-rise and multi-family developer based in Miami. This invaluable experience allows me to collaborate with various departments within the company, honing my skills and expertise in the real estate industry.During the summer of 2022, I had the privilege of interning at Cushman & Wakefield's Tampa office, where I actively participated in market research and gained valuable insights while working with both the office tenant and industrial brokerage teams.In addition, I also served as a corporate land intern at Taylor Morrison during the summer of 2021. This opportunity deepened my understanding of residential real estate development and investment, further expanding my knowledge in this field.I am eager to leverage my diverse experiences, academic background, and skill set to contribute meaningfully to the real estate industry and pursue my professional goals.
