Roopashree is a Technologist and Global Digital leader with over 2 decades of experience in Software Engineering, Program management and overall IT operations. As a recognized leader, she has the ability to successfully promote ideas, drive company goals, and initiate business development endeavors. With dynamic decision-making skills, she has gained respect as a thought leader for generating winning strategies for projects that emphasize company value proposition integration, “out of the box” thinking, and multi-level team participation. She has a remarkable Customer focus and confidence to lead strategic planning and service delivery. Currently she is working with Envestnet Yodlee as Director of Operations responsible for Customer success, New product releases and maintenances, Change management and Service management. She began her career as a full stack engineer. Through the first several years of her career, she led engineering and program teams in the financial and manufacturing domain. During this time, she led the delivery of several products. Prior to her current role, she was service delivery manager with Unisys and have led program management in Dell Services. She has a deep technical background combined with strong program management and delivery skills; a passion for building global engineering teams and an engineering culture, coaching, motivating and empowering teams to operate at their highest potential. Roopashree is an engineering graduate in Instrumentation technology and PMP certified.
