G. Brad Alidor is the Chief Financial Officer for H.O. Weaver & Sons, Inc, located in Mobile, Grove Hill, Theodore, and Atmore, AL. Mr. Alidor is looking forward to this perfect opportunity and is eager to put his skill set to the test in the heavy civil construction arena. As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Alidor is responsible for executing all internal and external reporting and ensuring that these documents comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Additionally, he will assume responsibility for maximizing the return on all company financial assets through detailed job costing and the analysis of current processes and procedures. He will also oversee the establishment of financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems for H.O. Weaver & Sons, Inc. Mr. Alidor has over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting in the Oil & Gas / Refinery Maintenance sector, as well as an additional 5 years in general accounting and financial reporting in other private sector companies. Previously, Mr. Alidor was the Chief Financial Officer for HPA Global Holdings (HPA) before Specialty Welding & Turnarounds (SWAT) acquired HPA’s U.S. Operations in late 2020. Looking to expand its portfolio of services, SWAT saw HPA as the perfect solution for accomplishing this goal. The acquisition of HPA, which soon became SWAT's Catalyst Division, immediately added catalyst services to SWAT’s already vast assortment of specialty welding and general refinery maintenance capabilities. Prior to joining HPA, Mr. Alidor served as the Financial Controller for IGT Networks, Inc, formerly Infinity Global Technology, Inc, a global information technology and networking firm located in Mobile, Alabama. He also previously served as the Financial Controller for the Collins Group of Companies, which included a real estate development partnership and multiple retail outlets." Mr. Alidor has garnered extensive financial reporting expertise through his work with various organizations encompassing IT services, real estate development, and retail sales. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Psychology and Communications from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, in 2002. Subsequently, Mr. Alidor embarked on a Master’s Degree in Accounting (MAcc) at the University of South Alabama’s Mitchell College of Business and is currently six courses away from completing this advanced degree.
