With over six years of experience in IT operations and service management, I am passionate about delivering reliable, efficient, and secure IT solutions for Fourteen Foods, the largest Dairy Queen franchisee in the US. I lead a team of seven IT Field Service Technicians who provide remote and on-site IT support and service to 252 Dairy Queen locations across 12 states. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and execute large-scale installation projects for new IT services and systems. My mission is to ensure that our IT infrastructure meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security, and supports the growth and success of our business and our customers. As the IT Manager at Fourteen Foods, I have successfully led, coordinated, and converted acquired Dairy Queen locations to our company standards, replacing all necessary IT infrastructure and proprietary software within a 48-hour turnaround. I have also been the lead onsite installer for new-build Dairy Queen locations, overseeing the installation of all network systems, including back office, point of sale, menu boards, cameras, etc. I have developed and maintained a rotating on-call schedule for Field Service and Help Desk Technicians, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues. I have leveraged my skills in IT operations, IT service management, and IT management to enable and empower my team, optimize our IT processes, and enhance our IT capabilities.
