With a dynamic background in emergency response and safety operations, my expertise as an Emergency Management Consultant. Previously leading as Operations Manager, I honed my skills in conflict management and security operations, contributing to the resilience and preparedness of Western Canada operations. At the core, I am driven by a mission to enhance safety protocols and emergency responsiveness, leveraging my NFPA certifications and field experience to advance strategic safety objectives. My commitment to these goals is reflected in the successful coordination and oversight of critical safety measures that align with my vision for a secure and prepared community. I hold a wide variety of education and training certifications including Fire Officer, Instructor, Rescue Technician, NCSO, PMP and a Emergency Management Certificate Additionally I spent time as a Correctional Peace Officer where I became a CPOII with the Government of Alberta. Learning skills in a high security environment upholding emotional intelligence in emotionally charged situations. Having complete control of my environment and situational awareness, I am able to diplomatically speak and diffuse escalations. I am trained in physical intervention and tactical techniques to protect myself and others while following Use of Force protocols.
