About Brad Brown

At REI, I helped moved the company from its early $95 million dotcom web business and team of 25 employees to a $620 million ecommerce business with 110 employees who were driving the future of REI’s digital success. I brought agile development practices to the business and sourced and monitored new IT investments that enabled REI’s growth. I have broad retail and executive background along with proven expertise in strategy development, effective governance, enabling collaboration, and leading people. I am known for my ability to lead a team through complex challenges and constant change.
