To him he is always doing both."(Author unknown) I love work and I've been blessed to have several careers; executive leadership, sales management, advertising sales, church ministry, high school chaplaincy, basketball coaching, leadership training, coaching and development, and board directorships. In my personal life are my beautiful wife Bec, our four adult children, their spouses, one grandchild due mid 2025 and our little Frenchie George. Life is good.Each of these opportunities allows me to pursue my vision of excellence - to build strong relationships based on vulnerability and trust, to build high-performance teams which allow us to grow effective organisations. To be able to coach, manage, lead and support people to realise their potential, achieve goals - some they've dreamed about, some they didn't imagine - and grow. That's what gives me purpose and really excites, energises & satisfies me.
