Mr. Chartier has over 20 years of NBIS inspection experience. He specializes in fracture critical bridges and complex tunnel projects. He has inspected various types of steel trusses, steel plate girder systems and fracture critical arches. He has also inspected various types of non-fracture critical structures including concrete slabs, concrete T-beams, concrete encased I-beams, steel I-beams, timber beams and prestressed concrete adjacent box beams.
