About Brad Chen

I have been working in Sing Kong Life for 11 years, and I have been working in Marsh for 8 years. The department I belong to in Marsh is the Operation & Technology department (O&T). Operations and technology mean to use technology to assist operations to make them more efficient. Therefore, the headquarters/regional will introduce new systems and process improvement projects to make our operations more efficient. On the technology side, I have been engaged in process improvement of policy and billing services. I assisted the headquarters/regional in introducing the claims system, quotation system, and document management system. On the operation side, I've been working on client, policy and billing services. The process improvement part includes assisting the data management team to establish Taiwan benchmark data, the establishment of Marsh ISMS (Information Security Management System), the process improvement of Client Data Suppression, and the establishment of Marsh Data Migration system. During my 11 years at Shin Kong Life Insurance, I have been engaged in individual insurance business development, human resources training development, and group insurance business development, which have promoted my further growth. When I was in the personal life insurance department, I sold products to clients, trained and taught product terms and sales skills to our business partners. When I was in the human resources department, I was engaged in employee benefit planning, employee career planning, and building learning maps. While I was working in the Group Insurance Department, I provided group insurance quotes to brokers, sold group insurance to direct clients, worked with regional coinsurance/reinsurance and serviced referral clients. Different tasks at each stage inspire me to continue to grow, hoping to become a better man and a better work partner.
