About Brad Clements

The toughest challenge in transportation isn’t the trucks or the routes — it’s people. Finding reliable drivers and keeping them engaged is what makes or breaks logistics operations. I learned that lesson firsthand after 17 years running my own business. Every hire had a ripple effect on customer service, profitability, and growth. Today, I apply that same perspective to recruiting across the transportation and logistics space, where the stakes are even higher. At Falcon Express, I’ve rebuilt the recruiting process from the ground up. Using Monday.com as the backbone, I designed workflows that handle everything from sourcing to onboarding to compliance. The result: less time chasing paperwork and more time building relationships with the drivers and staff who keep freight moving. Recent Impact Highlights:*Cut 20+ hours of weekly admin time through custom Monday.com automations *Created a fully digital onboarding pipeline, replacing outdated paper processes *Applied final-mile expertise and non-DOT driver classification knowledge to reduce compliance risks *Built a strong local driver network that consistently feeds qualified candidates into open routes *Leveraged a software development background to extend recruiting into technical roles The transportation industry moves fast. I focus on building systems that scale with demand while keeping the human side of recruiting front and center.
