I have been working for the last 10 years as an IT Manager for the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Throughout my career at HSMV I have worked in the office, hybrid and fully remote. I have excelled working in any of those capacities. I have been doing application development work for over 18 years. I have served on the teams responsible for new development in C#.NET for most of my development time. At HSMV I am also responsible for the hiring and evaluation of application developers. I have 6 developer positions under me. I have also been the Team Lead on numerous development projects. I have a broad understanding of the full development lifecycle. Working on everything from the discovery process to the actual coding and development and to the deployment and implementation and finally the monitoring and troubleshooting. My job requires me to work in many different roles. Troubleshooting issues is one of my strongest skills.
