About Brad Dannis

I am computer enthusiast who constantly assists others with software, hardware, and networking technical support. I have Success in being flexible and understanding with both technical and nontechnical users while providing excellent communications in order to troubleshoot and resolve issues. I also have excellent problem solving skills and patience in dealing with nontechnical users. I worked at Hearst Kids Club for 7 years and developed many interpersonal skills between co-workers, our students and their parents, and how to communicate in an proper, efficient and discerning manner. Managing time, being able to multitask, and organization were all skills I learned and honed as all three were required to be successful in the hectic and unpredictable environment of a before and after school program with more than 80 families.
