Background
About Brad Delong
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders and PTSD. I am a certified Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapist, Consultant, and Trainer through the Center for Treatment and Study of Anxiety Disorders (CTSA) at UPenn. I also practice CPT, EXRP, DBT, AND DBT-PE and am a Board-Certified Supervisor through the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. I have spent the majority of my career specializing in the treatment of substance use disorders and upon achieving my LPCC have continued to work with this population to treat, in many cases the underlying mental health issues leading to relapse and recidivism. I also in the last several years have developed expertise in delivering evidence-based PTSD treatment, via PE, to first-responders in my hospital system and the surrounding community.
