About Brad Dewick

With over 14 years of dedicated experience in football coaching and a deep-rooted passion for the sport, I have cultivated a career that spans coaching, business, and scouting. As the Head Coach at Schulz Coaching and a Director at Schulz Coaching Events, I have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to developing top-tier football talent from grass roots to academy players and players that have entered the professional game. My journey in football coaching began with a fundamental desire to bring out the best in every player. Armed with a UEFA B Coaching License, I have consistently developed competitive teams, fostered young talent, and instilled a culture of success and resilience. At Schulz Coaching, I lead a dynamic team of coaches, where we push the boundaries of player development through the Schulz coaching philosophy. In addition to my coaching responsibilities, my role as a Director at Schulz Coaching Events involves overseeing the recruitment, planning and execution of our international football events that connect talent with opportunity. Expanding my horizons within the football industry, I also serve as grassroots scout for Leicester City Football Club. With five years of scouting across two different professional clubs I given many local talented players a start in their journey into academy football. I am driven by the belief that continuous learning and adaptation are key to staying at the forefront of football coaching and scouting.
