About Brad Dunivan

My name is Brad Dunivan and I hold a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. I have eight years of experience in Landscape Architecture, working in the Design/Build industry. My work involved collaborating with builders, residential clients, and contractors to see projects from the design phase to completion. My experience includes landscape design, drainage, irrigation, lighting, plant selection, and hardscape installations. Additionally, I spent two years designing multifamily and urban projects throughout Texas at GFF. I am passionate about creative landscape design and enjoy providing unique and innovative solutions to projects of different scales. Throughout my education, I developed an interest in reclamation projects, turning undesirable sites into gathering places for communities and regions. My senior project involved the reclamation of an old Jefferson Barracks limestone quarry into a regional park on the southern edge of St. Louis, MO, to promote greenway connection and regional interest. During my years in the design/build industry, I worked on large-scale projects such as the Tanger Outlet Mall in Southaven, MS, the Ojala Winrock multifamily development in Houston, TX, and individual clients' residential properties in the greater Dallas area. My technical expertise includes working with vector programs such as AutoCAD, LandFX, Civil 3D, Dynascape Design, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Microsoft Office Suite, and GIS products.
