Brad Dykstra is Director Product Development- Project Management for Steelcase Inc, the global leader in the office furniture industry. We design and manufacture inspiring and insights-based furnishings and solutions to help people do their best work in the many places where work happens. Steelcase is a publicly traded company with revenue of $3.2 billion and more than employees worldwide.Brad is a leader focused on business growth and product development, with demonstrated success leading direct teams in North America and extended teams in Europe, and Asia. He leads with and without hierarchy to influence progress and drive business results. With over 30 years of product development, he fully understands the complexity of idea generation to product launch.His leadership style is to support and challenge.
