I've been blessed to work with very talented clients and associates throughout my carrer with great business acumen, excellent vision and strategy, and strong leadership. I bring these experiences to our BGM team and to our clients. We do things that enhance our clients situations. Industry experience includes professional/employer organizations; contractors and construction; manufacturers; printing companies; real estate developers and partnerships; wholesalers; technology companies; private schools; temporary help companies; personnel recruiting firms; manufacturers' representatives; machine shops; investment companies; medical research companies; investors; and service companies including attorneys, advertising companies, physicians, and consulting companies. Specialties: Extensive experience working with closely-held and family-owned businesses, including auditing, tax compliance, estate planning, income tax planning, financial planning, business planning, succession & growth planning, cash flow planning, management restructuring, and other management consulting activities. Specialized experience includes the evaluation, negotiation, and structuring of business acquisitions and divestitures. Serve as an individual trustee for a variety of trusts and estates.
