About Brad Earl

Being a seasoned operating room RN, having many years of sales support experience and being a true team player, my career consists of more than 28 years in the medical field with 23+ of those years as a Clinical Specialist. I now work with Relievant and the Intracept Procedure. The best way to describe my role is that of a player-coach, I do the job and I teach the job. Prior to Relievant, I supported the Boston Scientific Vertiflex Procedure, managed open territories and provided training support. Additionally, I worked with Nevro for 4+ years and with Medtronic Neuromodulation for over 15 years. My experience includes The Vertiflex Procedure with Boston Scientific, HF10 Therapy with Nevro and the Medtronic therapies of Intrathecal Drug Delivery for both Spasticity and Pain, Hepatic Arterial Infusion, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Occipital Nerve Stimulation, Peripheral Nerve Stimulation and Deep Brain Stimulation. My Training and Education experience includes procedure support, inservicing physicians and staff, cadaver lab training and new hire training. My role with Nevro included being a Field Trainer of new employees and serving on the Field Advisory Board. Additionally, I have experience as a District Trainer and as Sales Training Faculty at Medtronic World Headquarters where I trained new employees from around the world. During my time with Research Medical Center, I scrubbed and circulated, was trauma certified and served as an evening board runner. Particular surgical specialties of mine included Neuro, Vascular and General, with the added specialties of kidney transplantation and various degrees of tissue harvests.
